These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ArrowShift mobile game and the website at arrowshifts.com (together, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, or playing ArrowShift, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Summary

• ArrowShift is a single-player puzzle game. No account is required to play.
• You get a personal, non-transferable license to play for entertainment.
• Optional ads and in-app purchases are subject to platform rules and these Terms.
• Gameplay progress is stored on your device unless a platform backup restores it.

License to use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use ArrowShift on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, rent, or create derivative works of the app except where applicable law forbids these restrictions.

Eligibility

ArrowShift is a general-audience puzzle game. If you are under the age required in your country to agree to these Terms on your own, a parent or guardian must review and accept them for you, and supervise your use of the Service.

Gameplay and progress

Progress, settings, gems, hints, daily challenge history, and related data are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a cloud save account. Clearing app storage or uninstalling may erase progress unless your device or store restores a backup.

Gameplay rules (tip-path exits, hearts, hints, journey, and daily challenges) are described in our How to Play guide. Features may change as we update the app.

Advertising

The app may show ads through Google AdMob and related services. Ad experience depends on your region, consent choices, and device settings. You can manage ad privacy options in Settings → Ads privacy options when available. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

In-app purchases

Optional purchases (for example hints or remove-ads, when offered) are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Those platforms’ payment terms apply. We do not receive your full payment card details. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or store policy. Restore purchases through the store if you reinstall on the same account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized tools to modify gameplay or rewards.
• Interfere with servers, ads, analytics, or other players’ experience.
• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse website or app content beyond normal play or browsing.

Intellectual property

ArrowShift, including art, audio, code, puzzles, trademarks, and website content, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Feedback you send may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

Third-party services

The Service may rely on third parties (for example Apple, Google, AdMob, hosting). Their terms and privacy policies also apply to their portions of the experience. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free play.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of progress, data, gems, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for ArrowShift purchases in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $10, except where law requires otherwise.

Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the product. Provisions that should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms as ArrowShift evolves. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish revisions. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes may also be noted in the app or on arrowshifts.com.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the ArrowShift operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction may hear disputes, subject to your non-waivable local rights.
